Peña & Co. is not your average management consulting firm. Aside from professional services, we also provide services to the first-generation community, those who are the first in their family to earn a college degree.
Not all first-generation students start college on the same playing field despite our experiences being clumped into one: the first-generation experience. There is a socio-economic divide whether we realize it or not. Some first-generation students attend private high schools, others are born and raised in the USA. The education levels of our parents also vary. All this contributes to some experiencing a smoother transition to college while others take longer to adjust. We recognize this as a gap in today's approach to support first-generation students and believe individualized support will fill the void.
Mission – To be the most trusted destination for all first-gen students and professionals by lighting their paths to success.
