Peña & Co. provides services to the first-generation community.

Feature - Albers School of Business & Economics at Seattle U

Fabio started his own management consultancy, Peña and Co., a few months after starting his MBA. Among the services the consultancy provides is a mentorship program, FirstHub, that pairs first-generation students like Fabio with mentors on their desired career path. We believe that transparent story-telling will provide solidarity and empowerment for all first-gens.  Our story-telling series, #firstgencuentos ("cuentos" meaning stories in Spanish), highlights our experiences as first-generation students. Each story is unique and represents unfiltered student experiences.
